Dare to Forge: A Traditional Experience with the Brun Family

In the Brun family's old forge, iron is deeply ingrained in the local heritage. Since 1772, this craft has been passed down through generations, keeping alive an artisanal knowledge deeply connected to the land. The experience begins with a welcome at the forge, where the family history and the importance of ironworking in local life are presented.

Next, you'll observe the forging process, understanding how the ore is transformed into a piece through fire and hammer. Then, the experience becomes hands-on: guided by expert blacksmiths, participants learn basic techniques and create their own piece, following the process step by step. The visit concludes with a display of tools and objects forged over time. At the end, you can take home your creation as a tangible memento of an experience immersed in the craft and its materials.
